Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for customer order follow-up, order placement, shipment, and customs declaration to ensure timely and accurate delivery;
2. Follow up the production progress and quality of goods, and promptly solve and feedback actual problems in production and shipment;
3. Control and coordinate order details, such as: product drawings, instructions, packaging and other follow-up details;
4. Regularly provide feedback and follow-up on products and suppliers for product performance and market positioning;
5. Follow-up of new customer projects, Communicate with R&D, engineering, procurement and other departments according to customer requirements;
6. Other work items arranged by the leader.
Requirements:
1. College degree or above, more than 2 years of experience, English level 4 or above;
2. Work proactively, be able to work independently and have teamwork skills;
3. Familiar with foreign trade workflow, strong problem-solving and communication and coordination skills ;
4. Those with documentary experience in small household appliance business are preferred;
