Responsibilities:
1. Participate in the formulation of equipment technical solutions, and be responsible for equipment installation, commissioning, acceptance and mass production operation and maintenance.
2. Daily operation and maintenance management of equipment to ensure the normal operation of equipment and production, formulate and improve equipment inspection, maintenance and maintenance plans.
3. Handle and track equipment failures, and formulate relevant improvement plans.
4. Provide training and guidance to relevant personnel.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, electrical, mechatronics or automation.
2. Familiar with the production equipment of lithium battery industry.
3. Skilled use of professional software: mechanical drawing CAD, solidworks or PLC programming software.
4. More than 5 years of relevant work experience, and more than 3 years of team management work experience.
