Job Responsibilities:
1. Daily management of the workshop;
2. Assist the department leaders in the management and construction of the production workshop, production planning, organization and coordination;
3. Responsible for the implementation of production target management, organization of internal meetings, preparation of production plans, and production planning Arrangement, tracking and implementation;
4. Actively carry out sorting and updating of production process systems;
5. Actively contact other relevant production departments of the company to coordinate and complete various production tasks.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above;
2. More than five years of working experience as a workshop director;
2. Strong ability to withstand pressure and tactful interpersonal relationship handling ability;
3. Lean production, experience in foreign-funded enterprises is preferred.
