Job Responsibilities:
1. Lead the design team to complete the drawing of project construction drawings, review drawings, and deal with on-site construction problems; 2.
Responsible for formulating and implementing work plans at each stage, and grasping key time nodes;
3. Responsible for the disclosure of project construction drawings,
4. Responsible for the review and reporting of construction plans; 5.
Responsible for design changes and negotiation work on the construction site, tracking the design and construction process in time to ensure the harmony and unity of design requirements and construction quality. Ensure that the project can be completed smoothly and pass the completion acceptance;
6. Responsible for team building and improvement of team design capabilities.
Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 10 years experience in building curtain wall design is required.
2. Have presided over no less than 2 large-scale curtain wall engineering designs (checkable)
3. Architecture and mechanical majors are preferred
